Innovation and excellence in drawing is encouraged and promoted through the biennial Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award. This specialist drawing award is highly valued by artists as a forum to present contemporary work in a national setting. Of the 48 artists short listed two Redland Shire based artists feature.
