Duplicated Utility takes its title from an exploration of the creative links between artwork and skateboarding and is the collaboration between two artists who express themselves in different media; painting and photography. Phillip Christensen’s paintings on skateboards combine the real and the surreal to develop a fresh perception on life, while Ben Challenor uses the lens of his camera to capture the skateboarding world from a new angle.
