Still the Poppies Blow

This exhibition features paintings accompanied by extracts from Australian verse, which for Germaine Kennedy, personify the spirit of Australians at war. From the first official conflict in Sudan in 1885 to the present conflict in Iraq, Germaine Kennedy honours those Australians who have died fighting at war through her exhibition.
