The Redlands Planning Scheme is the blueprint for the Redlands until 2021.
This blueprint provides for businesses and families to join our growing community, while ensuring we preserve areas of environmental value and our quality lifestyle.
The plan includes economic development strategies that provide land for commercial, industrial and agricultural use as well as increased local employment opportunities.
It also accommodates for projected levels of population growth and proposes to deliver efficient, effective and timely infrastructure that will meet the needs of our expanding community.
