Walking

There are a large number of walking groups in the Redlands set up by the Heart Foundation, coordinated by Council and run by local walking group leaders.

Walking groups cater for many lifestyles, from regular walkers who want the companionship and motivation of a group to people recovering from surgery, parents with children and prams and beachfront walkers.  Whoever you are - young or elderly, fit or want-to-be-fit, serious walker or rambler - there is a walking group for you.

The only thing you need to do is fill out a “Walker's Registration Form” available from the guide at your group.  Don’t forget to bring a hat and sunscreen, wear comfortable shoes, bring a personal water bottle and have a great time meeting new friends!  Be fitter and live longer!
